The app, as the teaching tool

I teach from DojoDecision in session — it’s where the habits and reflections we talk about actually live. Your coaches and players can keep using it on their own afterwards. It’s free either way, and it isn’t what you’re paying for.

What this is — and isn’t

This service is open to any and all teams and athletes, any sport, any level. It is mentorship and peak-performance training — confidence, focus, resilience, accountability, habits. It is not recruiting activity, and it carries no strength, conditioning or nutrition programming.

Sport-specific, on-field instruction is a separate option, and it comes three ways: youth teams below high-school recruiting age; programs whose players live within 50 miles of the University of Utah campus, who can join Salt Lax City LC and get all of it; and any club anywhere in the country that hires me to work a camp. Outside those, the work is the mental game only.
