Run your camp.
Iโll work it.
Iโm a current college coach, so I canโt simply turn up and run your practice. What I can do โ anywhere, any state โ is work your camp or clinic. You run it, you advertise it open to any and all, and you post that ad at least 14 days before the date. Thatโs the whole rule.
Your camp can be a practice.
Two hours is a camp. Book it as one and Iโll work it however you want the day to go โ run the session, teach skills, work with individual players, take a mental-training segment while you coach, or all of it. You tell me what your team needs that week; Iโm staff for two hours.
It goes through the same door. A practice qualifies because of its length and what happens in it โ not because it is called a practice. It still has to be advertised open to any and all, and the ad still has to go up fourteen days before. Run those four steps and a Tuesday session counts exactly like a Saturday clinic.
Your program owns it โ the date, the venue, the registrations, the money. I come as staff for the day. That is what makes it work, and it is also why you keep the revenue.
The camp or clinic has to be genuinely open: no tryout, no roster requirement, no restriction by school, team, club or recruiting status. Anyone who registers is in. Say it in the ad, in those words.
Fourteen days from the advertisement going public to the day itself. Screenshot the post once it is live โ that screenshot is the whole record, and it takes ten seconds.
The form on the mentorship page asks for your camp date and the date the ad goes up, counts the days for you, and puts it on the record. Then we talk about what the day actually looks like.

Type your details once and every version fills itself in. The two lines that have to be there are already in them.
Fill these in and every version below finishes itself. Nothing is sent anywhere โ this all happens in your browser.
How Tim is listed is his call โ ask him before naming his school.
Paste as the caption. Screenshot the post once itโs live โ that screenshot is your 14-day proof.

The restrictions on a college coach doing sport-specific work exist to stop recruiting advantages โ a coach quietly training the players they want. A camp or clinic that is genuinely open to any and all entrants, advertised well in advance, is the opposite of quiet. That is why the two conditions are the two conditions, and why they are worth meeting properly rather than approximately.
