The club that fits
around your club.
Salt Lax City LC is a supplement to your current team — not a replacement. Join when you can, pay month to month, and choose your experience. For boys and girls who love the game, want to learn, and want to become better — on and off the field.
$100 a month. Here’s the guarantee.
Every month of membership includes — guaranteed:
At least two in-person sessions every week — come to the ones that fit your schedule. Skills, small-sided play, lacrosse IQ, competition. Locations rotate around Salt Lake so access is easy for every member.
A group Zoom every week on the mental game — confidence, focus, resilience, accountability — built on the lessons in Coach McDermott’s book, The Dojo Decision.
Every member trains between sessions with the club’s habit and accountability platform — the daily work that makes the on-field work stick.
Your schedule leads; the club follows. No season commitment, no tryout fee, no guilt for the months you’re busy.

Every practice is designed around the players who show up.
Salt Lax City LC is a newly founded lacrosse club led by University of Utah assistant lacrosse coach Tim McDermott. Our mission is simple: create a fun, challenging environment where boys and girls of all ages and skill levels can develop their lacrosse skills, learn the game, and build the life skills that come from committing to something and working to improve.
Players learn skills, develop their lacrosse IQ, compete, solve problems, and gain the mental tools that help them become more confident, focused, resilient — and comfortable with the process of getting better.
Whether your child is picking up a stick for the first time or already competing at a high level, we’ll meet them where they are and help them take the next step.
Not just better players. Better kids.
Yes — I’m a world-class coach, and your player will get real skills and lacrosse IQ here. But that’s not what this club is built around.
I trained in Brian Johnson’s Heroic coaching program, and I put those principles into practice on the field: confidence, focus, resilience, gratitude — the habits that make better young men and women, not just better lacrosse players.
That’s my focus: helping your son or daughter become the best they can be. And when they’re ready for a more competitive environment, I’ll hand them back to their club a better player and a better person — that’s what a supplement is for.

This club isn’t babysitting.
Salt Lax City LC is for boys and girls who want to participate, listen, learn, and improve. All skill levels are welcome — but players need to be able to engage with coaching, stay reasonably focused, and contribute to a positive team environment.
We’re not looking to fill a roster with kids who simply need somewhere to go for an hour. We’re building a club for young athletes who are curious about the game, enjoy being challenged, and want to become the best version of themselves.
Parents: if your son or daughter loves lacrosse, wants to learn, and is ready to be coached — we’d love to hear from you.
Open to any player who wants to learn — including adults.
The skills we teach make any player better, and the format is non-contact by design.
Younger players rise faster around older ones; older players learn to lead. As membership grows, we segment into age groups.
Learn lacrosse yourself — or learn the peak-performance system so you can coach and mentor your own kids in any sport.
First stick or high-level competitor: practices are designed around the players who show up.
To comply with applicable NCAA local sports club requirements, participants who are prospective student-athletes must be legal residents within a 50-mile radius of the University of Utah campus.
Membership is capped by age group.
Registering claims your player’s spot: pick the membership, sign the waiver, add the medical details a coach needs on the sideline, and pay month to month — about five minutes. If it’s full, registration puts you on the waitlist automatically and we email you the moment a spot opens.
Not ready to commit? The waitlist below is free, gets you the schedule first, and holds nothing against you.
